Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Nangiloc Stress Less Fishing Classic website.

Use of Materials:

  • All resources that are in this website is copyrighted to the Nangiloc Fishing Club. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Nangiloc Fishing Club
  • The resources, materials and services on this web site are for the publics use, you cannot modify, copy, reproduce, publish, create copied works or sell any information that is seen on this website

The access to and use of our website:

It is conditioned on your agreeance of and compliance with these terms which are stated below:

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, members and public and other users who uses this website
  • By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms
  • If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time

Privacy:

Any personal Information received by Nangiloc Fishing Contest is used for the purpose of the Nangiloc Fishing Competition. Including but not necessarily limited to pictures, publication of prize winners and competition mail outs on social media and any other advertising source. Any personal information received by the Nangiloc fishing club will not be given to any other organisations except where required by law.

Purchases:  

If you wish to purchase any merchandise that is available on our website you must accept these terms and conditions:

  • Prices on merchandise may change without any notice to the public
  • All prices include the goods and services tax (GST)
  • The club committee members can accept, refuse or limit any purchases or entries
  • Merchandise can be returned within two weeks (2) of purchase and if it is original packaging and can be deemed as new to sell

Cancellation:
A deposit will be fully refundable if the contestant has cancelled within:

  • Two month (2) month before the contest date
  • All cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Nangiloc fishing club email address
  • Cancellations must be received and accepted by the Nangiloc fishing club committee members before it is valid

Shipping and deliveries:

If you wish to purchase any merchandise that is available on our website you must accept these terms and conditions:

  • All products will be shipped in accordance to the Australia post standards
  • Delivery can take up to 5-15 business days (We cannot guarantee goods to be delivered in this time frame)
  • All purchases will be sent at recipient’s cost

 

Links to Other Web Sites:

The fishing contest website may have links or numbers to other companies and services:

  • The Nangiloc fishing club has no control over, responsibility for the content, privacy policy or issues with any other website or links to the sites or services
  • The user must agree with the privacy and terms and conditions policy of the third party website

Fishing contest:

If you wish to enter our fishing contest you must accept these terms and conditions:

  • All prizes given throughout the contest are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • People who are aged between 5-15 on the day of the competition are to be deemed as juniors
  • The Nangiloc committee members can at any time before or during the contest, refuse to accept or reject entry
  • Behavior such as bad language, threatening remarks to any contestant or committee member will not be tolerated. This behavior will result is instant disqualification with no refund of money
  • Each competitor is allowed to use TWO (2) rods, with a maximum of TWO (2) hooks per rod. Spinners count as TWO (2) hooks.
  • No fish can be used as bait as per NSW fishing rules
  • All species caught must comply with the NSW government regulationsand must be caught on either a fishing rod or hand line.
  • Mystery length will only be of fish deemed ‘legal’ by NSW fisheries regulations; Murray cod (55 - 75 cm and Golden perch 30 cm and over.
  • Fish between allocated times and allocated boundary’s
  • All competitors are to hold a current NSW fishing licence
  • We are promoting a heathy future for the fish so catch and release only
  • No fishing beyond designated signs
  • Any competitor suspected of illegal fishing methods will be reported directly to NSW fisheries.
  • Boats with illegal equipment or illegal bait will be disqualified

Note: There will be extended rules for the day of the fishing contest, these can be found in the contestant’s information sheet that is handed out when signing on

Camping Regulations:

If you wish to enter our fishing contest you must accept these terms and conditions:

  • Any noise, including music, is to be kept at a minimum between 11:30pm and 6:00am. The club organizers/committee members have the right to ask campers to leave the contest if the noise rules are not followed
  • Rubbish must be taken with at the end of the competition
  • All camp fires must be followed to the Country Fire Authority regulations, please be aware of any total fire bans
  • All NSW fishing rules and regulations are in place throughout this contest
  • All rules and policy’s must be followed
